Rush Truck Center Hutchins

Complete demolition of the interior of the 12,500 sq ft main dealership and 2,700 sq ft warehouse building was the starting point. A new 6" concrete parking lot was installed across the entire property with striping, curbs, and entrance approach at the road — including coordination with TXDOT for highway access.

SYB Builders coordinated with architects and engineers to design and build out the interior space, including new offices, showroom, storage areas, and second floor offices with plumbing in restrooms. The back building was designed specifically as a parts warehouse.

New service bay doors were installed along with a complete tool room build-out, air compressor system, reels, air lines, and DPF machines for technicians. Fencing and gates were installed for lot protection and security.
