SYB Builders is a licensed commercial general contractor based at 611 North Trade Days Blvd Suite E in Canton, Texas. Canton sits at the crossroads of I-20 and Highway 19 in Van Zandt County, which puts most of East Texas inside an hour's drive and the eastern edge of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex inside of one. That geography is the whole reason our service area looks the way it does.

Our core market runs from Van Zandt County outward — Tyler and Smith County to the east, Athens and Henderson County to the south, Terrell and Kaufman County to the west, and Forney and the I-20 corridor toward Dallas. Inside that footprint we do site visits the week you call, we already know the permitting offices and inspectors, and we work with subcontractors we have used for years rather than whoever is available.

Beyond East Texas, we go where the work takes us. We have completed commercial projects in Dallas, Fort Worth, Denton, Houston, Austin, Buda, Georgetown, San Antonio, Selma, Laredo, Brownsville, Pharr, Beaumont, and Hutchins, plus Ardmore, Tulsa, and Oklahoma City across the state line.
