Complete interior remodel of 18,000 sq ft service bays, parts warehouse, and offices. Key aspects of this project include upgraded electrical panels & shop lighting, new HVAC & heating in shop. Client needed expanded offices spaces to include new restrooms, breakroom, locker room, retail showroom, and management offices. Conduit for new signage and added exterior parking lot lighting also increased security. Installing the new sprinkler system required underground lines, new 6” water line under the roadway, and hydrant per City requests.

A new 12,000 sq ft service building was constructed for Satellite Shelters, including utility upgrades, parking improvements, and support facilities for office trailer servicing. The project featured (8) 16” roll-up doors, a 20’ canopy, fenced parking with an automatic gate, and extensive site work. An additional 18,400 sq ft of concrete was later added around the building to handle heavy-duty usage.

Rush Truck Center Houston Med Duty received a multi-phase remodel that included roofing, office and restroom upgrades, service bay expansions, and LED lighting throughout. New canopies, bollards, parking improvements, and fueling station demo were completed alongside concrete work and gravel lot stabilization. The second floor was later remodeled into a training center with new HVAC, conference rooms, and restrooms.

The Paint & Body Shop was expanded with 18,700 sq ft of new service bays and a dedicated paint booth area, including full electrical, ventilation, and fire protection systems. Extensive underground utility work included trenching and 6” pipe installation for the sprinkler system and a new fire hydrant, with a new riser room built for fire safety compliance. Office areas were fully redesigned with a second-floor mechanical and IT room, while interior systems such as wall framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC were completed. Service bay floors were refinished and re-striped, and the entire parking lot underwent major repairs with new lighting, improved security, and updated fire lanes.

Rush Truck Center Ardmore added a new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with foundation piers and footings in the existing parking lot. The project included full building erection with fencing, gates, and chain link for secure access. Parking lot lighting and entrance gates were also repaired to complete the site improvements.

Rush Truck Center Beaumont underwent a two-phase remodel and tenant improvement project. The project included the full interior demolition and remodel of a 14,460 sq ft building, with upgrades to offices, service areas, lounges, and storage. A later phase added tenant improvements to an 8,000 sq ft leased space, including new offices, restrooms, breakroom, and climate-controlled storage.

Rush Truck Center Houston Med Duty underwent extensive renovations over three phases. Work included interior and exterior remodels, service bay expansions, new canopies, and major concrete and lighting upgrades. The project also featured the development of a new training center with conference rooms, restrooms, and an HVAC system.

Rush Truck Center Dallas HD completed a comprehensive expansion and renovation project across various buildings on its 15-acre site. A 112,000 sq ft area in the Main Truck Dealership and Service Bays of Building 1 was repainted, insulated, and received acoustic ceiling repairs throughout. Service bay doors were repaired, and the entire exterior of Building 1 was renovated, including upgrades to the front façade of the main dealership. Building 2 was expanded with new canopies to increase warehouse functionality and covered space.

Two 172-foot canopies with lighting were installed over the exterior service bays. Major renovations included demolition of the existing paint booth with ventilation and electrical rework, asphalt and roofing repairs, and replacement of fencing and gates. The interior was fully redesigned with updated offices, a new conference room, custom desks, and upgraded finishes throughout.

A full interior demolition of a 12,500 sq ft dealership and 2,700 sq ft warehouse was completed. The project included installation of 6” concrete across the parking lot, new curbs, striping, and TXDOT-coordinated road access improvements. A full interior buildout followed, adding new offices, showroom, restrooms, and technician equipment, along with fencing for lot security.

A 6,400 sq ft shop expansion was completed, including a new slab with beams and piers and a full interior build-out. The project enhanced workspace across service bays, added 8 sectional doors, and included upgrades like compressors, lighting, restrooms, and a tech locker room. In 2019, the team returned to repair and refinish the asphalt parking lot.
