Heavy-duty truck dealership
A multi-phase expansion and remodel on a 15-acre heavy-duty truck dealership property, finished in January 2024. SYB built a new 18,700 sq ft paint and body shop with service bays and a paint booth area, and renovated 112,000 sq ft across the main dealership and service buildings.
Hutchins
Truck dealership
Completed in 2020: the interiors of a 12,500 sq ft dealership building and its 2,700 sq ft warehouse were demolished and remodeled, and SYB added a new concrete parking lot with a TxDOT-coordinated highway entrance.
