Rush Truck Center Beaumont

Phase one included complete demolition of the interior of the 14,460 sq ft building, followed by a full remodel of offices, retail areas, and service spaces. New stainless steel service counters and quality-finished customer lounges, break rooms, and office spaces were installed. A fenced parts storage area was built inside the service building.

Parking lot refinishing, exterior lighting upgrades, and new gates and fences at the perimeter completed the exterior work for the initial phase.

SYB Builders returned in 2023 to finish out the move of the parts department to a building across the street. This complete tenant improvement included new offices, restrooms, an employee breakroom, and climate-controlled storage within the 8,000 sq ft leased space. New fencing and parking lot repairs were completed at the new location.
