AGREEMENT TO TERMS

• Estimate requests submitted through the Site are not binding contracts and do not create a contractual obligation for either party
• Any estimates provided are preliminary and subject to change based on project scope, site conditions, material costs, and other factors
• A formal construction contract must be executed separately before any work begins
• We reserve the right to decline any estimate request at our sole discretion

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP
