Rush Truck Center Houston Med Duty

Initially, SYB Builders brought the newly acquired building up to code for Rush to occupy the space. The remodel included complete roof and gutter repairs, and first and second floor offices, showroom, restrooms were all finished out with new walls, fixtures, AC ducting, flooring, doors, and custom cabinets and desks.

In the Service Bay area, overhead doors were expanded from 10' to 14' wide. New air lines, air compressors, electrical updates for equipment, and LED lighting were installed throughout bays and warehouse areas. The extensive concrete parking lot was repaired with new bollards, parking lot bumpers, and striping. An existing fueling station and tanks were demolished.

In 2020, two 20'x94' canopies were installed on each side of the service bays to increase covered workspace. Six-inch concrete drive entrances for semi-trucks were poured and 86,000 sq ft of gravel parking areas were stabilized. In 2023, SYB Builders returned again to remodel second floor offices into a new training center with conference rooms, restrooms, and new HVAC.
