PROJECT OVERVIEW
A comprehensive expansion and complete remodel spanning a 15-acre heavy-duty truck dealership property in Dallas. This multi-phase project included constructing a brand-new 18,700 sq ft paint and body shop with service bays and paint booth area, plus a full renovation of 112,000 sq ft across the main dealership and service buildings.
The new Paint & Body Shop building required extensive site work including excavation, trenching, and installation of 6" pipes from road water connections for the sprinkler system and a new fire hydrant. A complete fire alarm and sprinkler system with new riser room was added. Offices were completely redesigned and built with a second floor mechanical room and IT rooms.
The main dealership renovation covered 112,000 sq ft of repainting, insulation, and acoustic ceiling repairs throughout. Service bay floors were refinished and re-striped. Major parking lot repairs included new security lighting, fire lane striping, and all parking spaces re-striped. Building 2 was expanded with added canopies to increase warehouse space.
Wall framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC finish-out were completed across all buildings. The entire exterior of the main building was repainted, including the front façade of the dealership.
