RTC Laredo West
Complete interior remodel of 18,000 sq ft service bays, parts warehouse, and offices. Key aspects of this project include upgraded electrical panels & shop lighting, new HVAC & heating in shop. Client needed expanded offices spaces to include new restrooms, breakroom, locker room, retail showroom, and management offices. Conduit for new signage and added exterior parking lot lighting also increased security. Installing the new sprinkler system required underground lines, new 6” water line under the roadway, and hydrant per City requests.
The Rush Truck Center, Laredo West Tenant Improvement project involved a full renovation of an 18,000-square-foot facility, including service bays, a parts warehouse, and office areas. The scope of work focused on enhancing operational efficiency, safety, and functionality, while also modernizing the building for employees and customers.
We completed a full interior remodel, upgrading the shop with new electrical panels and high-efficiency lighting. A new HVAC and heating system was installed to provide improved climate control throughout the service bays, significantly enhancing working conditions.
Office spaces were expanded and reconfigured to meet the client’s needs. The upgraded layout included new restrooms, a staff breakroom, a locker room, a retail showroom, and additional management offices. These changes improved internal workflows and elevated the customer experience.
Exterior improvements included the installation of conduit for new signage and enhanced parking lot lighting to increase security and visibility during evening hours.
As part of the fire protection upgrades, we installed a new sprinkler system. This required trenching and underground work to install a 6-inch water line beneath the roadway, along with the addition of a new fire hydrant in compliance with city code.
This tenant improvement project successfully modernized the Rush Truck Center – Laredo West facility, positioning it to operate more efficiently while providing a safer, more professional environment for both staff and visitors.
