Satellite Shelters — Ground Up Build

Site preparation included excavation of the parking lot area for temporary office trailers to be stored and repaired. An asphalt drive and fenced parking area with striping and automatic gate was installed. All utility improvements were completed including electricity, two commercial-grade septic systems, and a 560-foot deep well.

The new 12,000 sq ft building was constructed for service bays and technician facilities. Eight 16" roll-up service bay doors were installed along with a 20-foot canopy for covered storage. The building included a complete build-out of technician's locker room, break room, restrooms, and second story mechanical rooms above tool rooms.

SYB Builders returned after the initial installation to pour an additional 18,400 sq ft of concrete around the building due to heavy-duty usage requirements — a concrete apron for portable office trailers to be serviced.
