Truck Center Hutchins

A full interior demolition of a 12,500 sq ft dealership and 2,700 sq ft warehouse was completed. The project included installation of 6” concrete across the parking lot, new curbs, striping, and TXDOT-coordinated road access improvements. A full interior buildout followed, adding new offices, showroom, restrooms, and technician equipment, along with fencing for lot security.

The project involved a complete demolition of the interior of a 12,500 sq ft main dealership building and a 2,700 sq ft warehouse. A new 6-inch concrete parking lot was installed, including striping, curbs, and an upgraded entrance approach, with coordination from TXDOT for highway access. Architects and engineers collaborated to design and build out the interior with new offices, a showroom, storage areas, second-floor offices, and plumbing for restrooms. The build also included new service bay doors, a tool room, air compressor system, reels, air lines, and DPF machines to support technicians. The back building was repurposed for a parts warehouse, and fencing and gates were added for improved lot protection and security. The upgrades modernized the dealership’s operations and enhanced traffic flow for both employees and customers. Coordination with state transportation ensured compliance and optimized site access. These improvements collectively increased operational capacity, safety, and long-term value of the property.
