New Paint Body Shop Dallas

The Paint & Body Shop was expanded with 18,700 sq ft of new service bays and a dedicated paint booth area, including full electrical, ventilation, and fire protection systems. Extensive underground utility work included trenching and 6” pipe installation for the sprinkler system and a new fire hydrant, with a new riser room built for fire safety compliance. Office areas were fully redesigned with a second-floor mechanical and IT room, while interior systems such as wall framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC were completed. Service bay floors were refinished and re-striped, and the entire parking lot underwent major repairs with new lighting, improved security, and updated fire lanes.

Rush Truck Center Dallas HD completed a comprehensive expansion and renovation project across various buildings on its 15-acre site. A 112,000 sq ft area in the Main Truck Dealership and Service Bays of Building 1 was repainted, insulated, and received acoustic ceiling repairs throughout. Service bay doors were repaired, and the entire exterior of Building 1 was renovated, including upgrades to the front façade of the main dealership.  Building 2 was expanded with new canopies to increase warehouse functionality and covered space. The parking lot received major upgrades, including pavement repairs, new lighting, and enhanced security features. Additionally, the fire lanes were updated to ensure proper access for emergency vehicles.
