Rush Truck Center Dallas HD completed a comprehensive expansion and renovation project across various buildings on its 15-acre site. A 112,000 sq ft area in the Main Truck Dealership and Service Bays of Building 1 was repainted, insulated, and received acoustic ceiling repairs throughout. Service bay doors were repaired, and the entire exterior of Building 1 was renovated, including upgrades to the front façade of the main dealership.  Building 2 was expanded with new canopies to increase warehouse functionality and covered space. The Paint & Body Shop was expanded with 18,700 sq ft of new service bays and a dedicated paint booth area. This extensive overhaul significantly improved operational capacity, safety standards, and the overall customer experience.

The Paint & Body Shop underwent a major expansion, adding 18,700 square feet of new service bays and a dedicated paint booth area. These additions included full electrical systems, ventilation, and fire protection to meet safety and operational standards. Extensive underground utility work was completed, involving trenching and the installation of 6-inch piping for a new sprinkler system. A new fire hydrant was also added to enhance fire response capabilities. A dedicated riser room was constructed to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations. The office areas were fully redesigned for improved functionality and now include a second-floor mechanical and IT room. Interior construction included new wall framing, electrical wiring, plumbing, and HVAC systems throughout the facility. The floors of the service bays were refinished and re-striped to improve appearance and safety. The parking lot received major upgrades, including pavement repairs, new lighting, and enhanced security features. Additionally, the fire lanes were updated to ensure proper access for emergency vehicles.
