Two 172-foot canopies were installed over the exterior service bays, complete with canopy lighting and wall packs. The existing paint booth was demolished and reworked with upgraded ventilation and electrical systems. Asphalt parking areas were repaired, fencing and entrance gates were replaced, and the roof was repaired and sealed. A full remodel of the interior included redesigned offices, cubicle space, a new conference room, a driver’s lounge, and service writers’ areas. Custom-designed parts desks and front sales counters were installed to maximize usability. All rooms received new interior doors, fresh paint, and upgraded flooring throughout. The renovations greatly improved functionality, traffic flow, and the overall customer and employee experience. Enhanced lighting and reconfigured service areas also contributed to increased operational efficiency.
